An afternoon of deep relaxation, connecting with the season of Late-Summer and the element of Earth through a nourishing guided practice of Yin yoga finishing with a delicious ‘yogic sleep’ guided meditation.
Yin yoga is relaxing and gentle form of yoga where poses are held for 3-4 minutes at a time. It encourages presence and awareness. It also supports joint health.
Yoga Nidra is both a state and a practice. It is a form of guided meditation which can help create space in the body & mind as well as acting as a reset for the systems of the body. As you relax into the meditation you can feel almost floaty sometimes likened to being between awake and sleeping or dreaming.
