About this Event
As the heady heights of Summer and yang/upward energy start to draw down this Late-Summer retreat offers the perfect antidote to gently transition into Autumn and beyond.
After a meditative nature walk (weather allowing) nourishing morning cacao & guided journey 2 yoga sessions along with a delicious plant-based lunch and yoga nidra (conscious sleep meditation) to close you'll be well on your way to feeling more relaxed & grounded.
Also woven into each day will be an optional life-coaching session hands-on therapy/treatment and cosy corner huddle where you can ask your questions to our in-house nutritionist yoga teacher essential oils' guide energy healer and life coach.
YOGA:
There will be a variety of styles taught across the weekend with options given for all levels/abilities. Each day has 2 sessions. There'll be Vinyasa slow flow in the morning and Yin (passive poses held for 2-4 minutes at a time relaxing) in the afternoon.
Inspiration is drawn from areas such as the Five Elements Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine The Chakra system and Sarah's knowledge around Naturopathy & Nutrition.
Sarah likes to weave in aromas to her classes in the form of pure essential oils and smokes from woods & herbs. The experience is further enhanced with emotive and thoughtfully curated playlists as well as silence.
COACHING:
Your coaching session has been designed to help you identify and/or understand challenges in a chosen area of your daily life or in general. This awareness could be the first step to start transforming your life towards a more fulfilling path. Practical tips or tools will be shared where relevant.
Also included here is a complimentary 20-minute chemistry call with Marcin your coach ahead of retreat to understand what's involved & whether it's for you. The main coaching session can be taken during the week leading up to the retreat rather than on the day if you prefer.
TREATMENTS & HEALING
Choose from either healing (reiki or energy healing) or a hands-on treatment (e.g. back neck & shoulder etc).
FOOD:
Everything will be plant-based seasonal and made mindfully with love. Additional dietary requirements can be catered for please tell me when booking. This includes fruit in the breaks lunch and afternoon tea with healthy (and very delicious!) cake.
TICKETS
You are welcome to come for the weekend or pick just Saturday or Sunday. The weekend ticket is discounted. Book via the allevents link or DM me to book directly. Limited tickets available without a treatment also.
WHY A DAY RETREAT?
To get the experience and benefits of a yoga retreat but for a day (or two!). Potentially not travelling too far and spending way less than a yoga holiday. Also easy to fit into a full or busy life!
