Event Details
Spring represents a time of balance, fertility and new beginnings.
We'll use this powerful time to give energy to what we'd like to bring into being come Summer and what needs to happen to help make it so.
Through a cacao ceremony/circle, a guided journey meditation, journalling, yoga, sound and other activities during the weekend we'll give intention and attention to help bring our desires into being.
Each day there'll be 2 yoga sessions, including grounding breathwork & relaxation. Along with a nourishing plant-based lunch and afternoon tea & healthy cake, you'll be well on your way to feeling more relaxed.
Also weaved into each day is your choice of a life-coaching session, your choice of hands-on therapy or healing, plus either a wellness talk or creative/wellness workshop, all activities are optional.
YOGA:
There will be a variety of styles taught across the weekend with options given for all levels/abilities.
Both days there'll be Vinyasa (slow flow) yoga in the morning, Yin (restorative yoga) with sound after lunch and a Sound bath (Saturday) and themed Yoga Nidra (guided sleep meditation - Sunday) to conclude the day.
Inspiration is drawn from areas such as the Five Elements Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Chakra system and Sarah's knowledge of Naturopathy & Nutrition.
Sarah likes to weave in aromas to her classes in the form of pure essential oils, smokes & herbs. The experience is further enhanced with carefully curated playlists as well as silence.
COACHING:
Life coaching - your optional coaching session (30 mins) has been designed to help you identify and/or understand challenges in a chosen area of your daily life or in general.
This awareness could be the first step to start transforming your life towards a more fulfilling path.
Practical tips or tools will be shared where relevant.
TREATMENTS:
One treatment/healing/coaching per day is included in the ticket price if you've chosen that option/ticket type.
Treatments are between 10-15 minutes in duration and include back, face or foot hands-on treatment or energy/reiki healing.
FOOD:
Food - everything will be plant-based, seasonal and made mindfully with love.
